We do not offer refunds on any item.

If your item is faulty or does not fit (we are sorry to hear that), we will exchange your product. Please contact us using the form below to receive instruction on how to return your item. Heads up - the cost of return shipping will be on you but we will send it back!

Shipping and Wait times.

All of our items are made to order! This means wait times will be a little longer than Amazon Prime Delivery. Domestic orders will take 4 to 6 weeks, where international orders will take 4 to 8 weeks. If you still haven't received your item after the predicted dates, message us using the contact box below and we will follow it up for you!

Print Quality

All items have a 12-month print quality standard. If there is any fading of your product within 12-months of receiving your item, we will replace it free of charge!

All of our products and merchandise are made with minimal harm to the environment. We are committed to protecting the earth and protecting what we have for future generations. All of our merchandise is made to order. Therefore we have zero waste coming from our factory. We reduce our environmental footprint by being a 100% online company and provide digital copies of our travel itineraries.
